From the Fanas mountain station to the Schesaplana hut

The cable car takes the hiker from Fanas to the Eggli mountain station, at 1700 m above sea level.dem start of the hike. The ascent begins in the direction of Sassauna, at the upper fountain you turn left and cross the Sassauna western flank to the Luderer-Egg at 1952 m above sea level. Like a curtain, the view of the Rätikon opens up here, all the splendor from the Falknis to the Schesaplana. The path continues to the right and crosses the Sassauna northern flank to the Ludera-Vordersäss 1699 m above sea level. Here you are on the alpine pastures of the Fanaseralp Ludera, which by the way produce a wonderful alpine cheese. From the Vordersäss you follow the path to point 1747, turn right and climb up to the Schesaplana hut in 1908.

Treat yourself to the fun and drive from the Schesaplanahütte with the Trettrollern, the scooter as they are called in Prättigau, down to Seewis.
