Conters (1100 m) has a very beautiful and cohesive villagescape. The small, well-kept village is located away from through traffic and mass tourism, surrounded by vast forests and magnificent meadows. The historic village center with beautiful wooden houses invites you to linger with its enchanted nooks and crannies.

300 meters above the valley floor you will find the idyllic mountain village Fanas (910 m). It is situated on a wind-protected, sunny terrace on the southern slope of the Sassauna. Mild climate and good air away from through traffic make the village popular for relaxing stays. In autumn and winter Fanas is mostly fog-free with above-average sunshine duration of up to 7 hours on the shortest day.

On a sunny terrace lies the village of Fideris (897 m). The houses, in the village center mainly beautiful and stately patrician buildings, spread out along alleys and streets in all directions and form a star.

The scattered settlement of Furna (1351 m) lies high above the central Prättigau. The extensive Furnerberg essentially comprises the left side of the valley of the Furner stream. The settlements condense in the village parts of Usserberg, Mittelberg and Hinterberg. The individual farmsteads of the typical Walser settlement are also scattered all over the mountain.

Mighty old manor houses from the 16th century form the village center of Grüsch (600 m) and bear witness to the former "Herrennest" in Prättigau. They were built by the rich noble families of Salis, von Ott and Sprecher von Bernegg.

Jenaz (726 m) is spread over various terraces, which were formed by glaciers and rivers during the Ice Age and represent a special landscape feature in the Prättigau. Jenaz is often called the "jewel of the Prättigau". This refers to the old part of the village.

Located at around 1200 m above sea level, Klosters is an alpine holiday resort straight out of a picture book: a chic chalet-style village, authentic traditions and with an international character.

Küblis is a small village that offers guests the best conditions for rest and relaxation. The old village centre is still home to some original farmhouses and manor houses.

Pany (1251 m) is the tourist center of the municipality of Luzein, which extends with its fractions far over the sunny southern slope of the central Prättigau. The pleasant mountain village is the ideal vacation resort for families, those seeking peace and quiet, sports enthusiasts and the young at heart.

Schiers is considered the regional centre of the Vorderpättigau with a variety of shops, restaurants and businesses. The extensive municipal area is inhabited up to 1500 m. a. s. l.

It is said that the people of Seewis have learned to rave from their guests: the local mountain, the Schesaplana, has the lovelier peak and the bluer sky in the background than other mountains. Even its evening glow is said to be unparalleled. Pure alpine air is just as guaranteed in Seewis (947 m) as experiences for all five senses.

The small Walser settlement of St. Antönien lies at 1450 m and became the first Swiss mountaineering village in 2021. The valley is a well-known hiking and ski touring paradise and at the same time starting point for fascinating round tours in the Rätikon area. A multitude of peaks invites you to enjoyable ascents and wonderful descents.

Peace, seclusion and romantic places to linger can be found around the Walser village of Valzeina (1100 m) as well as various opportunities for active outdoor sports enthusiasts.
