Maiensäss Chlara

The Chlara mountain pasture is located above the village of Untervaz. Pure nature and the scent of fresh wood welcomes you when you enter the Maiensäss. The wood used comes from the local forest. The high-quality converted and expanded mountain pasture offers space for 4 people on 2nd floors. There are numerous seats around the Chlara mountain pasture. There is a fire pit and gas grill available. The adjacent stable offers space for mountain bikes. On request and at an additional cost, small horses, ponies or other animals can be accommodated in the adjacent stable. An uncovered parking area for a car is located directly at the Maiensäss. Bedrooms Two bedrooms, one lockable and the other is located on the gallery which serves as a TV lounge if double is occupied. Kitchen and living room The log walls and a cosy stove with a flickering fire create a healthy and relaxed indoor climate. The dining area, kitchen with fridge and the cosy sofa corner are kept open. Interior The Maiensäss is modern and comfortably furnished and consists of untreated old wood as well as local spruce and larch wood. The small bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Technical equipment Heating is provided by a modern wood-burning stove, on which cooking can also be done. In addition, a rechaud is available. A tankless water heater provides hot water for the kitchen and shower. The electricity comes from a solar system and the water is treated rainwater. Wifi and a smart TV are available. Other information Please note that you can't see the motorway, but depending on the wind, a background noise reaches the Maiensäss. The Maiensäss is not suitable for small children, as the interior (fireplace, steep stairs, etc.) is not suitable for toddlers. The mountain pasture is not fenced.
