The 2.5 room apartment is located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, which stands alone and offers a fantastic view of the Graubünden mountains. You will find plenty of space around the house in summer and winter. Winter sports facilities: Family-friendly ski area at reasonable prices and cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. Well-maintained hiking trails invite you to unforgettable walks and hikes. Snowshoeing or ski touring allows you to enjoy the wonderful nature and silence. Summer sports facilities: An idyllic outdoor swimming pool is only a 20-30 minute walk away. At the swimming pool, a new, large playground with a football field is available to all guests and residents. An extensive network of hiking trails is at your disposal and numerous mountain bike tours are possible from the house.
