Grocery store and restaurant are only 100m away from the apartment. In front of the house there is a large children's playground with a sandpit. Winter: Family-friendly ski lift with ski school. Postbus line with stop in front of the house and stop at the ski lift. Cross-country ski trails, well-maintained winter hiking trails and toboggan runs in the immediate vicinity. Unique ski and snowshoe touring area in St. Antönien. The indoor swimming pool in the resort is accessible to the guests of the apartment (end of September to mid-May).
