Ferienlager Splügen

General information: - The holiday camp is part of the camping area in Splügen and is located at the western end of the village. - All beds are equipped with pillows and blankets (covered). A sleeping bag is not necessary. - Self-catering - terry towels/kitchen towels: to be brought by the guest. - Final cleaning: self-cleaning by the guest as standard. - Parking (free) in front of the house. - House rules and inventory list can be requested from us. - Pets not allowed. - The WiFi (in the camping building next door) can be used (no reception in the warehouse!) Services included in the stated price: - Bed linen, guest tax (according to the number of people at the end of the booking) Optionally bookable: - Final cleaning: Done by the tenant or can be cleaned on request. - Breakfast or half board on request Additional costs: - Guest tax (additional persons), electricity according to consumption - Waste fees according to consumption (to be obtained directly on site at the campsite reception and paid in cash) Cancellation conditions: - Processing fee: CHF 100.00 - Cancellation fees (based on rental price): up to 270 days before date of arrival 10% / 269 to 90 days before date of arrival 40% / 89 to 0 days before date of arrival 100% Payment terms: - Deposit: within 10 days from the date of booking - Final payment: 30 days before arrival - Final invoice: after departure
