The approximately 40-year-old, rustic holiday home is located just above the village of Pany in a very sunny, very quiet location with a beautiful panoramic view. The detached house has a very spacious garden and a large garden seating area (seating, deck chairs and gas grill available). The center, with a grocery store, a bakery, ATM and a fine pizzeria can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. By car, the journey takes about 5 minutes. The house can be reached by car all year round, please note that snow chains are necessary depending on snow conditions. There are two parking spaces and a double garage available at the house.
