The supporting power of the group lets you immerse yourself in the music, the sound, the silence. We sing simple, repetitive melodies and lyrics. you don't need any knowledge of music. The focus is on the desire and joy of singing and trying things out. From meditatively calm to rhythmically moved, everything is possible. This way you can experience relaxation and at the same time feel invigorated, satisfied and relaxed.

• Releasing body and breathing exercises
• Vowel tones
• Simple vocal improvisations accompanied by various sound instruments
• Singing simple songs and repetitive songs
